Join us for our very first QUILT RETREAT! Yay!!!
November 13 - 16th, 2025 - Patch Abilities Quilt Retreat - Join the Julie, the Patch Abilities crew and friends for 3+ days of quilting fun! We will provide a great space for quilting fun, some delicious meals, a live trunk show by Patch Abilities, an excursion to Iowa's Destination Quilt Shop and more! 

Julie will be including one of our NEW patterns in your retreat package!

What are we creating/sewing? We're working on whatever we want - bring your projects or shop at Iowa's Destination Shop (Merry's Stitchins) for a new project - our rule is . . . we have no rules! Work on whatever you like.

Our space is in a charming, renovated downtown brick building that features a full kitchen. You are welcome to bring your own food, meals, snacks and drinks. We will be providing brunch on Friday and Saturday. 
Cutting and Pressing Stations provided - please do NOT bring mini/individual irons.
Bring your own sewing and cutting supplies. Bring any LED lighting of your preference.
Retreat begins Thursday at 12pm and wraps up Sunday at 12 'ish pm. 
Lodging is not included in retreat fee.
You are responsible for booking your own lodging. We're providing a couple links to nearby lodging. There are several air bnb's just a few miles away in neighboring towns.
