**when you see 2 red stars next to an item (hanger, button pack, etc) it indicates that

As for the string of lights, they come as you see them, in a packet.  I simply cut the length needed.  You can find them through most distributors & craft stores.

Order it!  It's much easier to use the carrot nose button than to try & fuse/appliqué a tiny piece of fabric.
